#1.) Can we customize these packages?
Yes. Every Beach Wedding Package can be customized or built from the ground up. Whether you want to mix and match or choose a package as is.
#2.) What if we only want parts of a package?
Yes. You can choose to only do a catering package, or a decor package, or you can piece everything together one-by-one. If you already have vendors in place, we can build a custom package for your remaining items.
#3.) What is our First Step?
There are three steps regarding our all inclusive packages and how to begin:
The First Step is to Pick a Package.
The Second Step is to let us know your Guest Amount and Date that you want (This could be a rough estimate)
Giving us a budget will always help in steering us in the right direction, as well. Our dedicated planners will work with you step-by-step to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams at a price you can afford!
#4.) What happens after we place our deposit on the package?
Once the date is secure, then we transfer you over to our wedding planning and decorating department. There, they will start going step-by-step with every little piece of your wedding. They will dig into your Pinterest or Instagram photos, and work with you one-on-one to make sure that your style and design is exactly how you want it. They will go over ceremony details, cocktail hour, bridal entrance, reception dinner, bar, dancing, and so much more for your wedding day!
#5.) How much is the Deposit for these packages?
The deposit to reserve our All Inclusive packages ranges from $500 to $5,000. For Our Ceremony Packages, the deposit is $500, and for our Elopement Packages the deposit is only $100.
#6.) Are the deposits refundable?
The deposit to reserve all of our packages are non-refundable but transferable. We have lowered the deposit amounts, however, our wedding planners will start working on your event right away and need to be compensated if you decide to cancel your event.
#7.) What if my guest amount changes?
Your guest list is probably something that is going to fluctuate over the course of this process. It is always recommended to overestimate your guest list than underestimate to avoid going over budget. We just need a rough estimate to get an idea for the wedding event. We expect you to have your final guest amount around 30 days before your event.
#8.) If my guest amount goes lower, is the package price lower?
Yes! A large portion of the package price is based on your guest amount. Having less guests than anticipated will drop the price, and vice versa. Having more guests will raise the price. It’s good to plan a final guest count 14 days before your event.
#9.) When is the Final Balance due?
Your final balance is due 14 days prior to your event. You should have your final guest count by this time.
#10.) Will anyone be there for the package?
Yes. All of our All Inclusive Wedding Packages include a wedding package manager and coordinator to ensure proper execution and to make sure that your day goes off without a hitch. We have a lot of moving parts with our dedicated team setting it up. We have meetings before each event making sure every staff member knows what they are doing and what they are responsible for.
#11.) Is the Bridal Party considered part of my guest amount?
YES! Bride, Groom, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, and everyone that will be in your bridal party will be considered in the guest count as they will be receiving food, beverage, and seating for our packages.
